Shipping & Returns

All items are sent in plain packages. We do not use any logos or the name of our store on the outside of the package.

Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

Items of a personal nature, or items which were especially ordered in for you or are personalised cannot be returned unless faulty. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used.

If there is any problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the problems as quickly as possible.
